Soyuh Gluten Free Kitchen was born from many years of trying to find food and recipes that were both gluten free and delicious!

As early as 2000, Susan Yuh (our founder) started having adverse reactions to the foods she loved her entire life. After numerous trips to doctors and allergists, she discovered she had developed allergies to many foods including gluten. Over the last 20 years, Susan has searched for alternate foods and recipes that would allow her to enjoy the foods she loves without the side effects of gluten-based products. From this, Soyuh Gluten Free Kitchen was born! Susan hopes she can help others with gluten intolerance as well as provide delicious foods to the "foodies" in the RTP area!
